SHIPPING POLICY

Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT) Domestic (EU) deliveries:

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.90 per order.

From an order value of 150,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a lump sum as follows:

according to tariffs DHL.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (EU) within 3 - 7 working days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the Time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have no have made deviating agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest Delivery time you have ordered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns that you have purchased directly from us at www.alyonakhomyk.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure to return the items to us in the same condition in which you received them. Of course you may try the items on, but please make sure that you do not soil or damage the items if you want to return them. All labels must be present, the items must be unworn and, above all, unwashed. You are welcome to reuse the shipping carton. 

You can use the following link to register the return and download a pre-printed return label. The costs for returns
or an exchange amount to 7.99 euros within EU (other countries on request) and are automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please make sure that the return address is legible so that we can allocate the return and, above all, arrange for your refund. For returns outside Germany, please add postage to the goods yourself.

Place all items to be returned in their original condition in a shipping box and stick the return label on it. Please make sure that the sender indicated on the label corresponds to the delivery address. Otherwise, it is absolutely necessary to include this so that the parcel can be correctly assigned again and we can refund the costs Once the goods have been received and checked by our logistics provider, the money will be refunded to the original payment method (minus return costs).
